Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items. The return period begins on the date you receive your custom furniture item.
To be eligible for return, you must contact us within the 30-day period and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping the item back to us. Returns initiated after the 30-day period will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unassembled (if applicable)
- All original packaging materials must be present and in good condition
- The item must not show signs of damage, wear, or modification
- All original tags, labels, and documentation must be included
- The item must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of use
- Custom-made items must be returned in the exact configuration as delivered
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused for return. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine their eligibility for refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than defects or errors on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if you choose to use an uninsured shipping method.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. Do not ship items back without an RA number, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. Use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:
- Custom-made furniture items that have been specifically manufactured to your specifications and cannot be resold
- Items that have been assembled, used, or modified
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Items that have been personalized or customized beyond standard options
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago

General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it enters production or shipping:
- Before Production: If you cancel your order before production begins, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or processing fees (if applicable).
- During Production: If you cancel your order after production has begun, you may be subject to cancellation fees to cover costs incurred. The amount will depend on the stage of production.
- After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item according to our return policy.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days after we process the refund).
- Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any applicable restocking fees or non-refundable charges.
- Restocking Fees: Custom-made items or items returned in non-original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price. We will notify you of any restocking fees before processing your return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
- Refund Notification: We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed.
If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and return authorization number.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
